MOLINE – Today, Prophetstown, Illinois Mayor Steven Swanson endorsed Congresswoman Cheri Bustos (IL-17) for re-election. Mayor Swanson cited Congresswoman Bustos’ tireless efforts to support rural America and bolster the economy of Northwest and Central Illinois. Swanson has served for a decade as Mayor of Prophetstown, a town of about 2,100 people.
